About Us

In 1975 I was living with my sister. I was just out of High School and looking for something that interested me.

Soon I found myself working with my sister's herd of Lamancha Dairy Goats; particularly the breeding bucks. I fell in love with the animals and started to take care of them and show them in competition.

Throughout the rest of my life I had goats in the back of my mind, but my wife would never allow me to start a herd. One Father's Day, I was at a horse show with my wife and two daughters. A friend of ours mentioned to us about two newborn baby goats that one of her does had kidded earlier that week. My two daughters begged their mother to go see the babies. Eventually she gave in and said that they go and just look at the newborns.

Of course we ended up bringing them home with us. It grew from there into a larger herd. I started to make cheese as a hobby and just shared it with my family. Soon after I got my license and grew to what I am today.

Today I am a growing business distributing cheese and goat products to the tristate area.
