We have carried hundreds of pounds of Shellbark cheeses in our facility for over a year now, and they have met with great success. The range and quality of the cheeses are outstanding, and it doesn't hurt that the flavors are just plain delicious. Every weekend, in addition to a stauch group of locals, we receive visitors from many different states and countries who taste and then purchase the cheeses. Never, have we had someone comment that they did not like the cheeses, which in the world of cheese is a pretty incredible feat.
