Now enrolling — hands-on dairy classes for every learner

Our Story

Decades of dairy tradition, now a farm that teaches.

A heritage of fresh dairy

A heritage of fresh dairy

For generations, Shellbark Hollow has been a fixture of Chester County agriculture, supplying neighbors and markets with fresh goat chevre, cultured kefir, and creamy yogurt. Our practices are rooted in patience, cleanliness, and care for a healthy, happy herd.

A new educational mission

As the region's appetite for hands-on learning grows, we are transforming the farm into a teaching space. Our classes make dairy craft approachable for everyone — including learners with special needs — through gentle pacing, tactile steps, and one-on-one guidance from our farmers.
